I am Jouni Kakkuri, the founder of Kiinteistöpalvelut Kakkuri Group Oy
Kiinteistöpalvelut Kakkuri Group Oy is a multi-sector company I founded at the beginning of 2024. It continues the operations of Insinööritoimisto Jouni Kakkuri, which has been active for over 10 years, with an even broader range of services. Our services include expert services in building technology, such as HVAC, electrical, and automation supervision and design, infrastructure supervision for underground piping, cost estimation, and various responsible person duties.
We prepare property and apartment sales contracts, valuation reports, and transaction confirmations. We also offer real estate and rental brokerage through a cooperation agreement with Pohjanmaan Asuntolandia Oy. We rent furnished apartments in the Kokkola area, as well as long-term rentals from our own properties and apartments. We also lease our commercial premises in the center of Kokkola.

A qualified responsible person allows the client to focus on what matters most to them.
We offer, for example, Fise qualifications for KVV and IV site management for exceptionally demanding projects, as well as A-level qualification for district heating site management. We also hold Y3-level refrigeration licenses, a B-class boiler operator’s certificate, and qualification as an electrical works manager.
